Health Coaching

“As a physician, I believe in the concept of health coaching. The healthcare system doesn’t leave enough time for health care providers to talk to patients about health habits. That’s where health coaching can fill a huge void.”

Our health coaches are here to work with you 1-on-1 to accelerate your recovery process by empowering you with the tools, accountability, and encouragement to get well. RawlsMD provides health coaching services through our sister company, Vital Plan.

Our health coaches are well versed in Dr. Rawls’ herbal protocol and have personal and professional experience with many health issues, as well as coaching and herbal training from Dr. Bill Rawls. Clients who do ongoing health coaching as an adjunct to other therapies, typically get well faster and save money in the long run.

Our health coaches can help you with:

  • Navigating the protocol herbs
  • Implementing diet & lifestyle changes
  • Overcoming fatigue
  • Reducing stress
  • Improving sleep
  • Restoring GI function

All appointments require a completed pre-call questionnaire so that clients get the most out their session. We offer discounts on coaching packages; we tend to see higher success rates with multiple sessions.

Health coaches are not medical providers and can not make diagnoses or provide medical treatment. Coaches may recommend that clients seek a psychiatrist, psychologist, therapist, or other healthcare professional for treatment as needed.
